In 2007 Lauren Bush founded FEED, a charity set up in conjunction with the UN World Food Programme to help tackle child hunger. Lauren’s idea was simple, create products that would engage people in the fight against hunger. Every one of their products has a number stamped on it that signifies the amount of meals or micronutrient packets provided with its purchase.
In 2011 Clarins partnered with FEED for the first time in its mission to help children suffering from poverty and malnutrition. Since the partnership began, globally Clarins have provided over 15,300,000 meals. Today Clarins UK launches it’s 4th consecutive year of their Gift with Purpose campaign where each purchase of the Clarins FEED bag provides x10 school meals for children living in poverty.

Merry Christmas everyone!
What a year it’s been… We can’t quite believe how quickly it’s gone but it has been one absolutely amazing year. Starting the year off in Vegas we picked up an award for one of our commercials and it’s simply been one awesome project after another; from filming interviews with David Bailey and Es Devlin to photographing Tim Peake & Tim Kopra as they completed their Principia UK post-flight tour as well as shooting commercials for Cravendale and Tesco to name a few.
Not to forget adding the Sony FS7 to our kit meaning we can now shoot 4K and slow mo up to 240 frames per second!
We’ve also managed to fit in a short film passion project this year with over 30 cast and crew…plus a couple of horses. We’ll be hitting the film festival circuit with this next year so watch this space.
Earlier this year we met and filmed an interview with Es Devlin on behalf of MediaStorm. The recipient of this year’s WSJ. Magazine 2016 Innovators Award in the field of Design, she is largely considered the most pre-eminent stage designer in the world.
Having worked with some of the greatest artists of our time, including Adele, Beyoncé and Kanye West, Devlin uses design to create “gestures” on stage that evoke the spirit of her clients.
A truly deep commitment to her craft, you can easily see why Devlin deserved the 2016 Innovators Award. She gave us an inspirational insight into her thoughts and processes and we were really fascinated by how her designs transpire through the different pieces that she creates.
Her sense of responsibility to her audience with what she is creating is something that really resonated with us here at JKP and it was a real pleasure to be able to meet and film her interview earlier this year.

Es Devlin has spent 20 years investigating some of the most important stagecraft of the last two decades. From Wagner to Beyonce, Devlin has created stage design that expands upon the core ideas of each performance regardless of genre.

Our beautiful wedding couple Selina and Nick chose to celebrate their day more as a festival than a traditional wedding. With every detail carefully planned, they had everything from marshmallows to tattoos, from giant photo booth to outdoor cinema! It was a truly wonderful day and an honour to capture their special day, so we are very excited to present the trailer for their wedding! Selina and Nick you are both wonderful people and we wish you every happiness for the future. Congratulations!
It’s not everyday you get to meet a real life astronaut, but this week we had the great honour of meeting both Tim Peake and Tim Kopra as they rounded up their Principia UK post-flight tour. On Wednesday 19th October they flew straight in from Belfast (the previous days’ location for the tour) to the Science Museum in London to wow over 400 school children in a Live Q&A session about their time on the International Space Station (ISS). At the beginning of last year, we were flown out to LA to capture the official behind the scenes of the filming of the Inifiniti QX50 commercial for China – filmed by DOP Phedon Papamichael ASC and Directed by Juame Collet-Serra.
An amazing shoot set over 5 days, there was a lot to capture. This week we revisited the photos and have now added a selection to go alongside the video on our portfolio.
