It’s not everyday you get to meet a real life astronaut, but this week we had the great honour of meeting both Tim Peake and Tim Kopra as they rounded up their Principia UK post-flight tour. On Wednesday 19th October they flew straight in from Belfast (the previous days’ location for the tour) to the Science Museum in London to wow over 400 school children in a Live Q&A session about their time on the International Space Station (ISS). For all those inventor and engineering lovers out there, we recently covered another fascinating exhibition launch of Leonardo da Vinci: The Mechanics of Genius at London’s Science Museum.
“Internationally-acclaimed, must see exhibition of 2016!” it is a brilliant insight into the mind of a Genius. It’s your chance to investigate both the facts and the misconceptions that surround this great genius of the Renaissance: Was he the period’s only designer of machines? Did all of his designs get fully constructed?
For all the space lovers out there, we recently covered the launch of Cosmonauts: Birth of the Space Age at London’s Science Museum.
A truly fascinating exhibition it takes you on a journey to discover the dramatic story of how Russia turned the dream of space travel into a reality and became the first nation to explore space in this once-in-a-lifetime exhibition.

The tastiest event in London, and we have it covered!
The Chocolate Festival has been running since 2009 as well as the Cheese & Wine Festival, Tea & Coffee Festival and Real Bread Festival. We’ve been covering them all pretty much since they started at London’s Southbank Centre.
Last year The Chocolate Festival took a giant leap forwards and moved indoors to North London’s Business Design Centre in Islington.
This year was a super treat for all as the Cheese & Wine Festival also ran alongside The Chocolate Festival. Chocolate, Cheese AND Wine… what more can you want?!
There was so much to cover and we’re looking forward to sharing the final promo vid when it’s all done.
What we love about The Chocolate Festival:
Meeting the best chocolatiers and artisan producers in the country! (Plus being able to sample and buy all their tasty products is of course a major bonus!) 😉
